We are a membership-based network which provides real estate agents with default certifications including a "Pre-Foreclosure Specialist Certification (PSC)" that is endorsed by our current banking, mortgage servicing, and asset management relationships. Upon certification, we encourage all PSC agents to join the "Member's Area" of our website.

Our Certified agent network, providing servicers with a "Homeowners Outreach Assistance" (HOA) program which serves as a conduit for connecting defaulting borrowers to loss mitigation department via a "warm-transfer" while educating them on pre-foreclosure options. We work with servicers to create a client-specific outreach contact program depending on the various stages of default.

Banking entities refer defaulting homeowners, who have exhausted other pre-foreclosure option and needs to short sale. Our agent network gives homeowners the peace of mind knowing that a certified pre-foreclosure specialist will be listing their short sale. Servicers use our network because each of our specialists knows the specific requirements of the servicer, therefore streamlining the short sale process for all parties.
