Parkour Nottingham (Npk)

In 2005 Npk was founded as a community and from there we practiced the French discipline of 'Parkour' and have continued to practice it ever since.

We also incorporating more of the Acrobatics/Gymnastics & Free-running into our training of recent years.

Some of the clips and videos are as far back as 2004/5 when Parkour was just getting to be known and shown via the internet and tv.

The videos will feature Parkour, tricking & Free-running.
