Since starting I have got slowly better, but I train by myself (No one does Parkour around me).

Hmm..Is it true that everyone who does parkour gets at least 1 injury? :o
Cut my arm open on some stairs once and it needed stiches....was a few mmaway from a compound fracture...but nothing much apart from that
