Since starting I have got slowly better, but I train by myself (No one does Parkour around me).
So, I'm making this for three reasons.
1. As a training log
2. To get help from the youtube community and

I have stopped training parkour (that is to say going on regularly and making videos on it) but I have not stopped randomly doing it. I'm on a break right now becuase in 8 days i leave England and go to Canada to live and train as a ski instructor. This is good news :)
1) Snow is soft and flips and interesting moves can be done into it.
2) I don't need to be quite as safe, so can start doing parkour again.
Keep subscribing and keep your eyes peeled. Video's will be coming out including training videos, health videos and tutorials.
