Paignton Zoo Environmental Park is an education and scientific charity dedicated to conserving our global wildlife heritage and inspiring in its many visitors a life long respect for animals and the environment.
About Me:
New for 2008 was Crocodile Swamp. Here, amid the lush tropical foliage and steamy atmosphere, you'll come face-to-face with Cuban, Nile and saltwater crocodiles plus large snakes, turtles, fish and butterflies -- enter if you dare!
The Zoo has plenty to keep everyone going all day, with shops, restaurant, takeaway food outlets, indoor and outdoor play areas, a miniature train, a free bird show and the hands-on interactive Discovery Centre.
The Zoo (a registered charity) has a long history of education, scientific research and practical conservation both at home and abroad.

I hope I can revisit one day, but I live in Yorkshire, which is very far from Devon. Hopefully one day me and my family will return to Torquay one day, and if we do, we'd definately visit the park!
