Wenn ich einem Patienten oder Angehörigem eine fatale Nachricht überbringen muss und mache das falsch und derjenige geht nach Haus und bringt sich um, dann ist er genauso tot wie einer, bei dem ich das Skalpell im Bauchraum vergessen habe. So etwas ist für mich ganz klar ein Kunstfehler!
