Keep practicing, just like everyone has already said. It takes some real guts to play a solo WITHOUT the music in the background to hide mistakes like 95% of all the other solos on YouTube.

Seriously? I dare you to tell Slash that. As far as I'm aware there is no law that you have to use your pinky. I, for one, find it easier to just use the first 3 fingers when playing towards the higher frets simply because I have big hands and it's much easier.

Overall, not too shabby. The one thing I would suggest is to practice alternate picking though. Although you do play it pretty well with just the downstrokes you'll be able to play increasingly faster and difficult solos if you alternate pick. At first I couldn't alt. pick to save my life but, on...
