J. Micah Nelson

Jacob Micah Nelson (a.k.a. P∆RticLeKid) is a experimental artist/musician/animator/live-painter/multidimensionalist. Born in Austin, TX, Micah has spent much of his live traveling and playing music with his family and now lives in Los Angeles, CA. Micah has cultivated a synesthetic relationship between his visual art and his musical projects, which are heavily influenced by the symbiotic link between lucid dream and waking life experiences. His work encompasses universal metaphysical themes such as death, rebirth, and everything betwixt. Both his music and art is inspired by concepts of ancient mythic folklore, touching on elements of internal alchemy, astral travel and cyclical perceptions of time.
