Family Friends to: The Weasley's (I'm so close to them, after, I gradguated Hogwarts, I got a job at Weasley Wizard Wheezes), and the Potter's (Albus, and James are my best friends)
Closest Weasley: George, Molly, and Arthur (Molly took me in as her own son, after my parents said they didn't want a "freak" for a son, and threw me out. Arthur, was a good father figure to me, I helped alot with him at the ministry, and took his place when he retired. George, and I are very close, although I'm very much younger than he is, we get along great! We pranked the neighbors quite a bit, and I worked with George, and Ron at Weasley Wizard Wheezes. I never knew Fred. I could tell George, never got over Fred's death, but he treated me like his own brother. Of course he did, tease me, and prank me alot, we do enjoy each others company.)

And no, I don't. The only thing I've ever heard of is when Evanna Lynch came to WWoHP they were just going to give her the wand, without purchasing it. Of course, she ended up purchasing it because she's a nice person.
