Just favourited a new NASA on Mars Rover Launch. It may interest some of our space cadets to know that one of our products, PF Solvent, was previously selected by the Thiokol Corporation, Space Ops, Mix/Cast Work Centre as a replacement for methyl chloroform in Space Shuttle Production. It was also chosen for qualification by Untied Technologies after their Hand Wipe Solvent Replacment Programme to qualify alternatives for to 1,1,1 Tricholoroethane, perchloroethylene etc in the Solid Rocket Booster hand wipe cleaning process at KSC Ops.

To follow on from our recently favourited video on the recent A380 delivery to China Southern Airlines, an exciting documentary will soon be screened on BBC to showcase the engineering work of Airbus. "How to build a A380 wing", the first of the "How to Build" 2011 series on BBC2. The programme is due to be screened on BBC2 at 20:00 on Sunday, 13th November. PT Technologies Europe are a Tier 1 supplier to Airbus UK.
