About this user

Band indaffarata nell'autofinanziamento e nell'autoproduzione della propria musica dal 1999 ad oggi. Di base nel centro italia, ma con esperienza live e distribuzione diretta all'estero (Inghilterra e Gemania)

The band was born in Perugia, Italy, in 1999. We like World Alternative Rock in general, and think our sound could be considered as belonging to the genre called Post Punk or New Wave, which inspired the best bands of the British Underground scene in the ?80s and ?90s (POST PUNK BRITISH SCENE IS OUR SCHOOL). Our songs range from romantic dark nuances to instinctive, maniacal guitar riffs. Lyrics deal with emotional meanings and are in English or Italian.
British Post Punk is like "our school", we always loved it before start to play our music. The band start with three members, "Merlo" Francesco Proietti (voice and punky guitar), "Marga" (voice and darkwave bass) and "Rikness" Riccardo Trombi (Stoner Drums). On 2001 started play with Psychocandy "Lolly" Letizia Frattegiani on Keyboards. The sound very near to The Cure changed after 2006, when "Harden" Leonardo Cassetta start play with his psychedelic-rock guitar On 2007 we changed definitly the line up: Lolly finished his collaboration and come like Synths and Vocalist Sabrina Simonetti. By now, on theese ten years, we have been a good alternative band in a very difficult place like the centre of Italy; it's very difficult to obtain good echoes from italian audience if your sound is like british post punk and if you want respect the "Do It Yourself" philosophy, but we always made genuine efforts to rewrite this style with our personal vision gaining more and more positive feedback.
From 1999 to now we have accumulated a wealth of experience on stage, on self production of our own albums and our own videoclips.During last years we start to bring our music in England and Germany with gigs and directly distribution of our albums at our concerts.

November 2009: gigs in U.K. (Bull&Gate, The Miller, The Cavendish Arms - LONDON) .. 2007/09: Support band of: DIAFRAMMA, GIORGIO CANALI (ROSSO FUOCO), MEGANOIDI, IL GENIO, OFFLAGA DISCO PAX, FATA, ONE DIMENSIONAL MAN (ita) WHITE ROSE MOVEMENT, THE REVERES, ITCH, CHRICK (UK) MONOZID (GER)
