About Me:

All French citizens are in principle invited to take part in a series of meetings across the country, lasting until January 31.
The country has seen smouldering unrest in immigrant-heavy suburbs, a movement to ban full Muslim veils, and questions over whether France's essential identity is vanishing in a complex world.
Sorry, never heard of them! As I'm sure you know, Montgomery defeated probably the best General the Germans had, in Rommel.
BTW, your English is really good! Just wondered how you feel about the EU, now the Treaty of Lisbon has been accepted by the Irish?
And since Napoleon France has had General Leclerc & General Massu, who have proved to be verry skilled generals with pretty good results on the field.
50 years is nothing! There are still many French alive today who supported Vichy just as there are many German' alive still who supported Hitler.
In truth I dont really wish to argue with you but honestly a Frenchman slagging off the British army is beyond a joke!
Youve not had a descent general since Napoleon - & look what happened to him!
But you do well to point out this fact : that's right the Battle of France a wasn't long fight, but it's been an intense fight... Proof is that 100,000 French soldiers died on the field, without speaking of civilian casualties... It makes more than the total british casualties of the Battle of England that lasted far longer than the Battle of France...
And as for the casualties suffered by germans during the short battle of France, figures are still higher than the casualties they suffered during the Battle of England, whether for the number of planes they lost or (obviously) the number of german soldiers KIA...
