Well maybe it [Vista] did but it wasn't designed with touch in mind. They didn't put much thought into it. I agree the iPad is a limiting platform but that wasn't the point I was making. Using Windows on a touch interface is not a nice experiece. Windows 8 looks to be addressing my complaints any...
