@jahloved14 This is in Tongatapu on the main road of Hala Taufa'ahau, the towns on the clip are Fanga, Mailetaha, and loto Nukualofa. Im not sure how hard Vava'u was but this is nothing compared to the really big cyclones that have hit in the past.
