I SERVED WITH THE REGIMENT FOR FIVE YEARS,THE IRONIC THING WAS THAT THE DRUM MAJOR WAS A WELSHMAN WHO WAS ONE OF THE BEST INSTRUMENTIISTS THAT I HAD THE PLEASURE OF KNOWING,HE TAUGHT ME THE RUDIMENTS OF THE SIDE DRUM AND TENOR DRUM,BUT THE SUGAR ON THE CAKE IS HE WAS A FIRST CLASS PIPER
