@FayJasser that is a disclaimer required by those states for product that have even the slightest traces of certain chemicals in the production process.

@ mad4669 Yes the new Fathom Star Drag is an excellent surf casting reel. It features a live spindle design for a free floating spool that is great for that technique. It is one of the best casting conventional set ups we offer.

Would the fathom be decent for surf fishing? I'm looking for a good convench for surf fishing and also, does it come in left hand retrieve?
