So what are we looking at with actual system requirements? I am running a duo core 2.13GHZ 4 gigs ram, Radeon 5600 HD with 512k ram which has zero problem running SC2 on my 32" TV. Some of the guesstimated requirements posted elsewhere say it needs 2.4GHZ or better to run right.

Have you added up the debt of New York? Once the stuff is built, not much of it will fall down on its own. The idea being that most of the buildings are forever, the "debt" is just a legal fiction anyway.
