what is the best waterproof camera for beginners?

We are two scuba dive instructors PADI and underwater videographers, located at Dominican Republic, at the Caribbean Sea. We love to dive while respecting the sea. What you are doing is amazing, and I know you will do very well, but I couldn't help but here you "bugged of school" to do your work, I think you will do much more and increase your network if you were to actually finish school, being self taught is cool but, actually getting a degree, may make others take u more seriously than they already are, besides your young and you have time.
