I wouldn't say that this is the best Zelda game. I used to think that OOT is the best (largely due to nostalgia), but now I'm leaning toward TP. This is by far better than nearly every game ever created, its just not quite to the level of TP.

Looks good. My only problem is Pit's voice. I don't like the corny phrases, or the voice acting for Pit. I think that I could get past that though.

I like campaign because winning battles is more satisfying. You have more realistic armies, because you actually had to recruit them, and also victories mean you're closer to winning a long term campaign.
