Born and raised in East Texas, Robin Cummings grew up in a farming and ranching environment. He stayed true to his roots through college and received his degree in agricultural business from Sam Houston State University. Cummings has owned and operated several successful agriculture businesses in and around Livingston, Texas. His family is very involved in the Western way of life. His wife, Sheridan, is a barrel racer and his daughter, Samantha, grew up showing cattle through school and currently works as a veterinary technician. Cummings currently resides and oversees the family ranching operation, Urbana Cattle Company, along the banks of the Trinity River.
