Red alert! Laptop down! Send in the reserves!
Arrrgh, this be annoyin' me hearties. Sometime tonight, without warning, one of my laptop's two remaining USB ports went ker-phlooey. This is a problem, as I require two USB ports to use a keyboard and a mouse... don't ask what happened to the built-in ones. Just... don't ask.
Well, AET2k is definitely on emergency hiatus for this week, and I can't promise it'll be any better for inbox messages. On the plus side, I'll be getting a new computer soon -- very soon! When I do, of course, I'll have to get it set up proper, import/transfer all my files... oy, oy! So, God willing, AET2k should be back next week. Whoo-hoo!
Well.... gotta go. In the mean time, I hope you enjoy the, er... reruns of stuff I've already uploaded before now? *Anime sweatdrop* Arrr well. Take care and God bless!

Dearly beloved, we are gathered this day to witness the fifth installment of Amateur Extension Theater 2000's special compilation series, "Kingdom Hearts: Dearly Compendium". I'm roman numeral usin' host, Alkahest the XVth.
The heart has once more become a battleground. As the realms of light and dark renew their age-old conflict, an insidious Organization sets their own master plan into motion. Hero and villain alike are but pawns to the will of the "non-existent ones" who seek to unlock the hidden power of Kingdom Hearts. Amid this backdrop of conflict and conspiracy, can Keyblade wielder Sora defend both worlds old and new from being drowned in eternal darkness? For that matter, what has become of the errant King Mickey, and Sora's dear friend, Riku?
.... and just who is this 'Roxas' character people keep mistaking him for, anyway? These questions, and many others, will both be answered and raised in: KINGDOM HEARTS II.
Well, now that I've gotten the urge to write a cheesy action trailer synopsis out of my system, let's get on to the music, shall we?
Composed by Yoko Shimomura, this version of 'Dearly Beloved' absolutely blew me away when first I heard it. I mean, just... wow. I'd been impressed enough with the GBA's new version, but this fully orchestral track... wow. I really can't put it in words any clearer or more coherent than that; still, as you're listening to the same tune as I, you can surely sympathize, no? Kind of wish I could've included the sound of waves lapping gently at the shore, but it was not to be.
Just one more extension left for today's AET2k; if you thought the Title Screen version of KH2's Dearly Beloved was amazing, wait until you hear the Reprise. Then for tomorrow, it's we'll go the distance and drop into the dream of three last Dearly Beloved variations, from Re:Coded, Birth By Sleep, and the soon to be released Dream Drop Distance. I sincerely hope you'll enjoy; take care, dear viewer, and may God bless.
