@thisweekinlinux Well I'm not very flexible, I have programs and games that I need to have, and they don't have a linux version. A lot of software I bought. For example, Fraps, it's only for windows. And there are several other programs and games that I'm worried won't be either.

@toepsaspore He helped develop it, but other people also worked on this. And Notch made minecraft 100%, as the only developer, and still minecraft is a lot better than this, in my opinion.

Check out my minecraft videos, I managed to get a decent Frame Rate. This is what I did: I wet to the options and on the Render Distance: I changed it to Normal, this took care of most of my lag, and to completely get rid of the rest of the lag, on Graphics: I changes it to Fast. Try that, see if...

I find that when people make the speed like 2-5x faster, it makes it boring. There is no real action. Maybe instead you should edit out the boring parts, and keep it the same speed as when you were playing....

How did you record your whole computer with fraps? And can you make a good tutorial on how to compress videos with virtual dub?

@mortykid1989 Ahh, that's really awesome actually. I might keep making more vids, once I find more areas to explore. Personally I only explored maybe like 10% of the map, I usually stay around my tiny area, just chilling with friends and stuff. I didn't log in much today though, ubberly tired.
