I will debate anything with anybody. I like to argue (nicely). I usually argue creationism because I know their common claims, more than other categories, and why they are wrong. I know more about evolution than most people in the US and possibly the world (keyword = most... i.e. over 50.0...0%). My goal, however, is to teach English in Japan to Japanese middle/high schoolers. I am pro-choice, pro-equality, pro-facts and an atheistic Hindu. I am open-minded about everything and examine stuff w/o a bias, though it seems like it as my conclusions have thus far lead me to my beliefs right now. If I can be proved wrong in anything then I will admit my mistake and start thinking the other way. I went from a fundamentalist Christian to thinking that Abrahamic religions are intrinsically evil because of that. I can argue points on Christianity pretty well because I am well versed in their mythology and went to pretty much all the denominations they have (I was: Amish, Beechy Amish, Amish Mennonite, Quaker, Mormon, Baptist, Lutheran, Anglican, Presbyterian, Pentecostal, New Age... and I can't remember the names of the other denominations at this second). I consider myself lesbian :P as in I am a male who wants to be female (transexual) and I like girls a bit more than guys :)
This paragraph will piss off several atheists. It is obvious that I was a Christian and now am not anymore. I "converted" to atheism (don't know any other phrase and said that even while an atheist). Then, because of my interest in religions, I looked into eastern religions, more for my own curiosity than trying to debunk anything. What I found there wasn't what I was lead to believe from what I was taught. I then noticed that all the religions of the world could easily be traced back to Hinduism so I made that the area where I focused my attention. I have yet to find anything in there that I can disagree with and the moral stories they have are usually accurate (but not historically), so I call myself a Hindu (even though I still don't believe in a god/God/goddess/Goddess... though that, like everything else in the universe, is able to change given enough time.)
