Greetings, folks:

This page was created with the intention to build others & encourage them to take a chance to be good to themselves for once. No one will care for us like we can only care for ourselves.
It is common knowledge that we live in hard times and because of it, many of us decide to throw in the towel & give up altogether, conforming ourselves to a life of regret, sadness, and physical/mental/emotional bankruptcy.

I know exactly how it is to feel like we do not belong & even contemplating with thoughts over literally giving up. However, before you decide to do something that rash, please, consider a few minutes to think of some of the people who depend on you. You have no idea how your life can touch someone else' & give them hope.

Yes. We all are part of a big mural called life. We all have something to provide in order to make this world a better place.

I for one decided 6 years ago when I had the bottle of Jack Daniels & a container of pills in my hand, about to take my own life, that because I was given grace, I was going to give back in grace. And what better start to have grace than getting your health back?

Yes. In this page, I will give you a few tips on how to start getting off the couch and do something proactive to change your physical appearance. I will show you my progress in the making. As we speak, my goal is to get back into the best shape ever. I am not looking to get back onstage nor decide to become a muscle-head anymore. All I want is to channel my physique, which will enable me to channel my mind & my spirit, providing me the "ALL AROUND WELL BEING" health I constantly advocate.

So please, join me in this quest of full happiness, regardless of your circumstances. We all have a story to share, and whatever it is you are going through at this moment, years from now you can look back & laugh at it.

May you be in peace, blessed, and as always, achieve "ALL AROUND WELL BEING" health.

I add a 1" standard weight bar inserted through the handle and it allows me to add weights to the machine. Not that complicated. If not, you can always get a 1" thick by 6' long steel rod at any hardware store and it will do the trick.

hey how did you fit freeweights onto your soloflex? i got one that ive had for years adn never realized it could utilize freeweights.
