yes man, that was what I was meaning.. "mass gain" or rather bulk. However thank you for all your precious informations.. I was asking about that because I've perhaps your opposite problem: I'm very slim, and doing some home workout 2 or 3 times a week to mantain my muscular tone. I have some large shoulders, a good pectoral so the result is good.. But the legs are what I really lack: imagine the legs of a chicken, well that's me. But if you say that this workout works good for "bulk" upon legs, well I'll give it more than a try :)
