I used to make videos with Windows XP Movie Maker, I used Windows Live Movie Maker only to get HD videos and rarely anything else, then I started using Vegas 10, it started being a bitch, so then I used Sony Vegas Platnium 11, it screwed up as well so now I use Windows Movie Maker 2.6 with several plugins such as HD.
Now I have Vegas Pro 11 and it's awesome.
