@dbadagna final h and x are tonal markings used by this video maker. There were 4 tones in middle chinese: flat, rising, departing and entering. flat and entering are not marked (entering is not really a tone, it's toneless with -p, -t, -k finals), x here is used to mark rising and h for departing.

0:46 should be cai 才 (not chai) again at 2:12
0:54 meng 夢 (not mong) again at 2:25 [yes a lot of people pronounce it as mong, this would be considered as having a southern accent]
