@Sysinput Yes VGA is prone to interference and will usually result in a muddier picture. It is "garbage" in that way. But an analog signal will always be faster that a digital (DVI or HDMI) do to the way digital content is decoded with SERDES (serializer/deserializer).

@douglasr74 There are almost zero TVs that have 4ms of input lag. You are thinking of response time. They are completely different things. Your TV could still have 3+ frames of lat (a lot).

@MidnightStar1000 You dont understand what Kipping is. It is a whole different exercise than a strict pull up. Kips help with explosiveness and core strength. Saying they are wrong is not true. They are a different work out.
