This is how it works: you post us your remote and pay us via paypal or with the controller and we customize it to your liking if you want a brand new remote when you message us MAKE SURE to put WITH NEW REMOTE. this does cost extra however i recommend if you live in UK post your remote and everywhere else a new remote speeds up delivery :)
