I am severely overweight at this time in my life I weight 313 lbs. I need to lose weight to make sure I am going to be around for my kids and my husband.
I just started this Optifast diet (7/1/08) It is a full fasting diet for the first 20 weeks and then it will be moderate fast meaning I will be able to eat 1 meal a day. Wish me luck and subscribe to my channel to get updates.
