The purpose of this site is to spread the word about Peak Oil in the hope that some people will snap out of their hypnotic trance. There's a lot of crackpot theories out there, like abiotic oil and free energy and this nonsense will have to stop soon or we're screwed... it's that simple. Folks, half of the oil we'll ever pump out of the ground has already been pumped; that first half was the cheap half, the rest won't be son cheap. This means the way we live is about to change drastically. Without cheap energy, the world economy will collapse because energy IS the economy! Our only hope is a massive energy conservation effort and a shift toward green energy ASAP.
