This is still hard for me to do. 2 problems... 1 i can go into a backbend but i cant pick myself up like i can do it but when its time for me to be done i have to fall to the floor to stand back up .... 2 when im in a backbend (bridge) I cant kick my leg over at all!!! Please help me asap!!!

I <3 this show to death!!!! I used to watch it all the time when i was little and i forgot about it until two days ago, all of a sudden out of no where i had the bigggggggest urge to watch this show so i was online for a while until i found the first part then the second!!! I <3 Little People!!
