Q: What is the OTA?
A: The Onion Trolls Alliance was inspired by The Onion's satirical news videos. We're good-natured trolls with a wicked sense of humor, and our ulterior motive is to promote critical thinking.
Q: I want a troll name!
A: Go ahead and pick one. The formula is simply Troll the ______. See vid entitled "What's YOUR troll name". You can add your new troll name to the comments.
Q: Why do you have "troll" in your name? Isn't that kind of obvious?
A: Yes.
Q: Why did you subscribe to me?
A: Most of the time I'm working off of Youtube Mobile, so I have limited access to some features. Subscribing means I liked something you posted.
Q: How can I join?
The best way to join is to SUBSCRIBE. Also, please give a thumbs up to every comment that promotes the cause! To become a lifelong member, make a donation to the Humane Society (see Shawn Johnson put to sleep).
Q: Why do you call yourself a "gay troll"? Trolls have no sexuality.
A: Not the ones I've met.
Q: What's "good-natured" about being a troll?
A: We provoke responses without cutting too close to the bone. For example, we don't insult unless we're being ironic, such as calling someone a "moron" when we're the ones who are full of BS!
Q: What's with that "Leave Shawn Johnson Aone" video? Are you really that ugly?
A: Actually, I'm even uglier - the camera is kind. But I've got a great personality! And you if you look for Chris Crocker's "Leave Britney Alone" as well as the Onion's "Shawn Johnson Put to Sleep", it'll make more sense.
