Thank you for taking the time to comment on my video "Song of the Sun with the Heartbeat of the Earth". I am sorry you found the experience to be a negative one. Sometimes, these brain entrainment videos have a way of bringing up repressed unconscious material (especially in the theta range), but although that feels bad it is actually a healthy process - a bit like a physical herxheimer reaction. JUst wondering if this might have been the case with your experience.
