Intention seeds- we live in a garden, what you sow with your thoughts fueled by emotions then manifests into physical reality, depending on the strength of intention is how long the seeds take to grow.

Stay in the now, it is the only moment of creation, do now and not later

Balance, keep your balance between physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual selves

All is one, everything and everyone are connected at a quantum level

Look at your fixed beliefs from another angle, should beliefs be fixed?

Keep the perspective from the field, the light within, "loving detachment"

Service to others, long for the opportunity to serve others, give thanks for the opportunity to serve others

In 3rd density one must consume to survive, one is never 100% service to others in this density, and that is what makes your choice of service to others on Earth so valuable

When it is understood that all things are one and it is impossible to serve anything without serving yourself, then satisfaction and bliss are a reality

Don't Do-----just Be

Mistakes- there are none, only choices

Forgive yourself, you are loved so much by all, more than you know

Give thanks for all the beauty of creation, enjoy the beauty of creation and all of the variety
