"ONE BLACK ROSE" consists of two artists, SANDY MARTIN and TIM PHOENIX, who both believe in the power of art education far beyond any other type of communication. These two 'abstract expressionists' share a common bond. This bond is to generate excitement into the abstract world, artistically produce a piece that lives for millions of years, and to share the meaning behind the painting itself. Our artistry takes us to a transcendent place far beyond the thought process. Suddenly the painting appears speaking eloquently, "Welcome to my world". Just as Medusa has turned people into stone with one look, 'One Black Roses' goal is to create an instant injection of an unspoken education into the viewers mind with one brush to his eye.
