I've been learning to play the guitar by myself since 2009. And I know, my playing is often full of mistakes but aren't mistakes what pushes us forward? That is, unless we keep doing them over and over.

In March 2009 I bought my first guitar because I just wanted to, I was in (unknown back then) "mood to play the guitar". It was cheap electric Axl Jacknife and I have played it ever since.
In April 2010 I was in the same mood as I was a year ago so I bought electroacoustic Ashton SL29CEQTBB. New era started. Playing the acoustic guitar is better for improvement in guitar.

And I love it.
I love the sound of strings. Music is some kind of therapy.

I'd be glad to see some helpful critical views in comments.
