Hi, I'm new to the youtube community, but am so happy to be here! Once I can figure out how to get a video up here I definitely will. In the meantime, I have recently finished all of my pre op requirements to get "banded" and now am just waiting for my surgery date and the go ahead to start my liquid diet (definitely not looking forward to that!). I am extremely nervous because I am a total woosie when it comes to any kind of pain! If you pinch me I still feel it 20 minutes later! How am I going to deal with the pain after surgery and the gas...oh my goodness..the gas pains that everyone keeps talking about...it's freaking me out! Three to four days of gas pain! Seriously!!? I feel like crying just thinking about all that pain! OUCH! If I don't think about the pain I am happy about my decision and really excited for the journey ahead. It's time for the skinny girl inside of me to have to her day...even if it means suffering through nausea!!! Watching all of your videos has definitely given me courage...thank you everyone!! I really look forward to getting to know all of you!
