My name is Olivia (aka Twinkie =^.^= ) and I will be joining Drew of Fit2Fat2Fit for the next six months (11.05.11-05.05.12) in getting Fat2Fit. My cholesterol is around "225" and my blood sugar is around "120" and I am subclinical hypothyroid. I've been obese for over five years. I will post quick or extended updates as I progress.

STATS:
Day One (11.05.11): 196.8#, 44.5-44-46, 5'3", 35.1 BMI, medium frame
Current (Week 4 - 12.02.11): 181.4 (6# lost, 15.4# total lost) and 43-40-44 (lost 4.5", total lost 8" total).
End Goal (05.05.12): 120# (Will I achieve it?)

DIET (Modifed Gerson Therapy):
Meal 1: Weekdays oatmeal (with maple syrup) / (Weekends add stewed/baked fruit)

Meal 2: Weekdays apple & carrot smoothie/sauce / Saturday off (lunch at local farmer market) / Sunday stewed/cooked vegetable)

Meal 3: Weekdays leafy green smoothie (including apple)/salad (and raw milk cheese) / (Weekends leafy green salad with creamy dressing)

Meal 4: Weekdays vegetable (including potato) soup / (Weekends seafood/meat soup)

NOTES:
*I cook in either coconut oil or butter. I believe a little real saturated fat helps you feel satiated and not binge.
*Supplement: Weekdays 1 drop 2.5% Lugol's Iodine (in coconut oil)
*I hope to drink reverse osmosis/distilled (with carbon filter) water when I can afford a home counter-top unit.
*Moderation: Weekly free farmer market lunch (and snack?) and monthly Holiday/Birthday free Dinner, etc (e.g. cake or champagne, etc).
(Other than that, If I have to eat out, I order water, a vegetable salad with a vinaigrette dressing and a baked potato with a little butter and sour cream, etc a/a).

EXERCISE (Various DVDs) - starting with around 10-15 minutes each and increasing as I can:
After Breakfast: Ballet or yoga (or callanetic or Jillean Michaels)
After Snack: Latin (or Bollywood)
After Lunch: Optional outdoor walk
