Where on earth did you find a recording of the 1994 'Sweeney Todd' radio broadcast? And could you possbily upload any more from that? Especially of Julia McKenzie's Mrs. Lovett, she's just about definitive, in my opinion, and I'd love to hear more of that performance.

Re. Elaine Stritch. Thank you for your comment. I agree with you that the Elaine version is definitive. What a tragedy that the literate wit of this song is missing from today's music. When "Do me in the road" is the level of song material today. Good grief.
