My passion here is to help preserve the heritage and encourage the singing and playing of older hymns and Gospel songs. All the songs and lyrics are old enough that they are in the public domain. Lyrics for most of the songs are posted on one of these websites:

I would welcome anyone who would like to post a video response by singing along or playing instrumentally with one or more of these piano recordings. You're also free to use these recordings as instrumental accompaniment or instrumental solos in Christian worship settings or related gatherings.

Over the course of several decades, beginning in the late 1970s, I recorded these as instrumental playing in non-studio settings, such as my home, the homes of others, and church facilities, such as sanctuaries, fellowship halls, and classrooms. The informal and casual nature of the original recordings sometimes picks up background noise, such as: the pedal creaking on a favorite antique piano or even the clicking of loose ivory, depending on the state of the piano!

In any case, I hope and pray these will be a blessing and an inspiration to many YouTube listeners. May they draw you to, or closer to, the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
