Longrange blog 1, shooting the project rifle
I picked up a Sako 243 secondhand as a project rifle. in this blog we shoot it for the first time and got good accuracy, about 6" at 660 yards.

Yes, this is ment for open country coyotes. Its a lot of powder for any .22 slug. Of course any old .22 center fire would do, this rifle was handed down to me by a relative. Also this is at approx 3000 ft elev.
