Music is polyrhythmic and this rhythm is inside us it gives us an alternative way of working and playing music together, listening and responding to each other there's nothing more exhilarating than that first tentative solo
That great feeling after you master a rhythm, body music drops into place when you let go, break free from stress and fly!
After a brief introduction to safe technique, everyone can play regardless of age or ability.
