This fight will never happen. Mayweather won't fight Pac until he gets KO'd by someone else, but that's a catch 22, he get's KO'd and Floyd will say he's finished and is not a PPV attraction. As for Pac, I imagine he's probably over dealing with Floyd anyway and won't even try to get this fight...
