At the point when it had/has the basic bolt ons, are either the ej257 bottom end or 2.0 top end stock? I'm wondering if I would have to go with a forged bottom end/mess with the top end if I was building a hybrid with basic bolt ons, or possibly with just a VF34/39.

@Commandskate mustang dynos tend to read lower. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think 276/278 is more "realistic" as in numbers take in to account the drivetrain/friction loss, etc.

Evo's don't respond well to BOV"s in "real" life anyway, especially if they vent 100% atmospherically. Unless you have extensive mods/aftermarket ecu in the car

@element509 I'm not going to answer stupid questions. First of all, if you new anything, you would now that 2.5rs' are NOT turbo, so they don't have blow off valves in the first place. Second, if you knew anything about any turbo subaru engine swapped into a 2.5rs, or a wrx engine, you would know...
