I'm so glad to see people still listening to this song. I first heard this in late 1985, and became immediately obsessed. I used to drive people nuts walking around, growling "blas-phemer!", and they had no idea what I was talking about..... A very important classic.

Some people bitch about Varg's vocals, but that is the best part for me....Such pain and suffering. Sounds like he's being burned alive. If you don't love this song, you are either deaf or have no musical taste whatsoever.

Great song. Great lyrics. Unfortunately, these guys disappeared off of the face of the earth. I always enjoyed their "Forests Of Witchery" and "Christcrusher" albums.

Probably my favorite song from "Casus Luciferi". Just vicious and evil. The lyrics to this are astounding....
