@superjakiboy Some videos you can hear him say "This is my property", as response to youtube-comments like "This is illegal" or "These weapons are illegal" and whatever; I agree with fps, you can do whatever the hell you want inside/on your property, be it your appartement, your garden, or whatever.

Fast level enchanting is amongst the slowesr "fast-levelable" skills. You need a load of soulgems (until ench. 50 you can easily use all the lower souls to level efficiently) and then you need stuff to enchant. And then enchant, enchant, enchant.
