i got a 94 polaris indy xlt 600. my drunk cousin snapped the pull cord :P i thought i had fixed it but the dogg wasnt coming out and catching the crank. i had the spring on wrong. thanks this vid helped me out, and saved alot of time and frustration.

@Geminimissions ya its a 1994 xlt 580, i have the same sled but with the original hood. its made in 93 but released as a 94, i think.

Most sleds can water cross fairly decent, some sleds need certain air ducts in the body taped up. some friends of mine had an old 340 elan water skipping. my advise to all THROTTLE!
