In general a channel giving ways to change yourself and your spirit to become more loving and healthier. It includes a variety from how to cook without meat to discussions from American Indian and other Indigenous culture Elders as to the future to come and the ramifications of it - how to become spiritually prepared for the changes ahead.

The prophecies and advice are gathered from all over. Whether or not this is truth to you is up to your discernment, but I feel all access to any presentation is important, and if it rings true to you, good, and if not, check out another of my playlists instead.

We need to heed the words of our teachers and parents to heal and evolve. We must start caring about each other, our animals, our plants, and this world and universe now. There is no time left to "wait and decide" - if we don't take charge of our own spirits now someone else will and we won't like it.
