I know a lot of people still think that fat people jokes are mean, and off the table, but Ricky tells em anyway. They need to be told. I've been in the fitness industry for 20 years and I've seen the obesity epidemic explode.....it's the food they eat, and complete lack of any nutritional and health knowledge of the average person. I am stunned every time, when I tell someone asks for basic advice, and I tell them to stop drinking sugar, and they ask "why?" What do you mean "why"? How little can you possibly know about food.....scary.
