@slimmist olive oil isn't a presevative, and I wouldn't add water to it at all. Its not needed. If you want more of a lotion feel then put the whipped shea on when just getting out of the shower, like while your skin is still damp.

I just made this and put it in the frig!!!!! I didn't wait long enough before I put the whip cream on though so it melted a little and got a little sloppy. I used a home made pie crust though... it shrank when I baked it so I couldn't use all the filling, Oh well, my husband licked chocolate pudd...
